The celebration venue was brimming with warmth: a colorful balloon arch framed the space, paired with a bold red banner bearing the slogan “XinHuaJin: Move Forward Together, Share Achievements, Create the Future.” Outside the factory, a striking red inflatable arch (printed with “XinFeiXiang Company Celebrates Goddess Festival”) and neatly arranged seating further amplified the festive, inclusive vibe.
During the ceremony, female team members took center stage: some stood on the red-carpeted platform, receiving red envelopes as a tangible token of the company’s gratitude for their contributions. A representative also delivered a warm speech, honoring the vital role female staff play in XinHuaJin’s apparel manufacturing operations— from frontline production to operational coordination.
Several female employees shared their thoughts on the event:
“As a sewing worker here for 8 years, I’ve never felt so seen—this red envelope and the warm gathering aren’t just gifts, but a reminder that our hard work on the production line matters,” said Li Mei, a frontline apparel manufacturing staff.
Wang Ling, a workshop coordinator, added: “The cozy atmosphere of this festival makes coming to work feel like being with family. When the company cares this much, we’re even more motivated to keep our production quality top-notch.”
